A fire early Tuesday morning heavily damaged a Regina restaurant.
Fire crews were called to the K Family Kitchen on the 2300 block of 9th Ave. N. just after 1:30 a.m. CST.
Officials said flames were visible as the first crews arrived on the scene, but they had the kitchen fire under control about 30 minutes later.
The glass front door and several windows along one side of the building were smashed during the fire, and glass could be seen littering banquette seats and tables inside.
There were few other outwardly visible signs of the fire later that morning.
